How Many Americans Does it Take to Screw in a Lightbulb?

Just to give you all some perspective on how challenging it can be to adapt to living in a new culture, I just had to submit a maintenance work order for someone to come to my apartment and screw a light bulb into my new lamp. The light bulbs are different here, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to put them in. I can only imagine the laughter that will ensue when the ASB maintenance crew processes my request; it's probably the oldest dumb blonde joke in the book! This is what I mean when I say that every aspect of my life is new and confusing!
